Special Needs Day Care to Open in Carrollton

DALLAS, TX - November 22, 2002--The Robyn’s Nest, a day care specializing in special needs children, has leased 7,440 square feet of retail space, formerly occupied by Tutor Time, at 3065 N. Josey Lane in Carrollton, Texas. Chris Leighton of Henry S. Miller Commercial negotiated the transaction for the landlord, Long Star Properties, Inc.  Ed McAdams of  Century 21 – Judge Fite represented the tenant.
