Investment Group Purchases 779,000 Square Foot Distribution Center

DALLAS, TX - November 27, 2002--A Los Angeles, California-based real estate investment firm has purchased the 779,000 square foot Winn Dixie distribution center located at 5500 South Freeway in Fort Worth. The investors intend to lease out the distribution space.  David Teeter of Henry S. Miller Commercial negotiated the transaction for the purchasers.
