Acreage Sold for Senior Community Development

DALLAS, TX - December 2, 2002--MAEDC Hulen Bend Senior Community, LP has purchased 9.91 acres of Hulen Bend land in Fort Worth, Texas from Centex Homes of California II, LLC. The owners plan to develop an apartment community for seniors.  Robert Stone of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the buyer. Chris Colombe of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the seller in the transaction.
