Spa Massage Comes to Pepper Square

DALLAS, TX - December 2, 2002--Spa Massage, LLC, an Arizona-based company, has leased 3,110 square feet at Pepper Square Shopping Center, 14902 Preston Road, Suite 704, in Dallas. The space will be a spa for therapeutic massage.   
Dan Shoevlin and Vaughn Miller of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the landlord, Prestonwood Market Square, Ltd.  Tom Walrich of Banner Commercial represented the tenant.
