Henry S. Miller Sells 3 Sites in Teel Crossing II Shopping Center in Frisco, Texas

DALLAS, TX - December 13, 2002 --Henry S. Miller Commercial has sold 3 sites totaling 190,570 square feet of land to Walgreens, Gateway National Bank and First National Bank of Omaha, i n Teel Crossing II, a new shopping center development in Frisco, Texas.  The project, located at the northwest corner of FM 720 ( Main St. ) and Teel Parkway in the fast growing north Dallas suburb of West Frisco, also includes a new 20,000 square foot shopping center to be developed be Henry S. Miller Commercial simultaneously with these 3 sites.  Construction is set to begin immediately and the stores are projected to open in the 2nd quarter of 2003.  Earlier this year, Henry S. Miller purchased both the northwest and northeast of this intersection to develop a master planned 300,000 square foot retail development.
