Care Now Leases Space in Arlington for Medical Facility

DALLAS, TX - December 16, 2002 --Primary Health, Inc. dba Care Now, has leased 6,656 square feet of space at Green Oaks Shopping Center from Bracewell Patterson. The space will be developed into medical offices and is located at 5405 S. Cooper Street in Arlington, Texas.  Dan Shoevlin of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented both the tenant and landlord in the transaction.
