Rockwell County Acreage Sold for Boat and RV Storage Facility

DALLAS, TX - December 16, 2002 --Den-Mar Enterprises, Inc. has purchased 5 acres of land from Ivor and Kathryn McKeown, located in the John Lockhart Survey, A-134 off I-30 in Rockwall County, Texas.  The land will be developed into a boat and RV storage facility.  Dave Valdez of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the buyer. Walt Henderson of Chaparral Realty represented the sellers.
