My Martini Wine & Bistro to Come to Arlington

DALLAS, TX - December 16, 2002 --Xtreme Cuisine DBA My Martini Wine & Bistro, a wine bar and bistro, has leased space in the Trinity Oaks Shopping Center for its new Arlington operation.   The 2,601 square-foot location, leased from T.O. Shopping Center, Ltd., is located at 859 N.E. Green Oaks Blvd.  Dan Shoevlin and Mark Hajdu of Henry S. Miller Commercial brokered the deal for both the tenant and landlord.
