Location Purchased for Valvoline Instant Oil Change Operation

DALLAS, TX - December 19, 2002 --Ashland, Inc., a Lexington, Kentucky-based company, has purchased the 41,250 square-foot property located at 900 Grapevine Highway in Hurst, Texas from Ocampo Partners, Ltd.   The location will be developed into a Valvoline Instant Oil Change operation.  Ryan Hamilton and Mark Hajdu of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the seller. Jason Claunch of Makens Company represented the buyer.
