Plano Acreage Bought for Mini Warheouse Development

DALLAS, TX - December 19, 2002 --Noah’s G.P. has purchased four acres at the northeast corner of Hedgecoxe and Ohio in Plano from Copacabana, Inc. to develop a mini warehouse operation.  Jeff Bleggi and Sam Kartalis of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the buyer and seller in the transaction.
