Lakeland Paper Leases 38,251 sf in Arlington

DALLAS, TX - January 16, 2003 --Lakeland Paper, a Sturgis, Michigan-based corporation, has leased 38,251 square feet of distribution space at 600 109th Street in Arlington, Texas.   David Teeter of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the tenant.  Shane Clark of the Bradford Company represented the landlord, Northwest Mutual Life.
