AUSTIN, TX - January 24, 2003--International Bio Medical, Inc. purchased FM112 warehouse at 1602 FM 112 in Taylor, Texas.  This warehouse includes 1 acre of fenced property with a 10,000 sf warehouse on it.  Grace Young of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented both the seller and the buyer.
