Kaiz Corp. Leases Space for a Dollar Store

DALLAS, TX - January 24, 2003 --Kaiz Corp. has leased 8,400 square feet at 300-302 W. Jefferson Blvd. in Dallas, Texas from Stanley Mayfield and Clayton Meadows, Jr.   The space will be used to develop a Dollar retail store.  Ryan Hamilton and Mark Hajdu of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the tenant.
