Property Purchased for Veterinary Clinic

DALLAS, TX - January 24, 2003 --LRH Veterinary Clinic of Rowlett, Texas has purchased 2.8 acres at 4505 N. Beltline Road in Mesquite, Texas from FC Properties One, Ltd.  The property will be developed into a veterinary clinic.  Gerry Fields and Dan Spika of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the buyer.  Rick Shelden of Rick Shelden Realty represented the seller.
