Charles Johnson Investments Buys Magnolia Villae

DALLAS, TX - January 29, 2003 --Charles Johnson Investments, an Oklahoma City-based company, has purchased Magnolia Village located at the southwest quadrant of Denton Tap Road and State Highway 121 Bypass in Coppell, Texas.  The development, completed in 2002, is a fully leased retail, service, professional complex totaling 15,576 square feet. Robert Lamm of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the seller, SCI Denton Tap Ltd.
