Premiere Realty Services Subleases Space on Haskell

DALLAS, TX - February 3, 2003 --Premiere Realty Services, Inc. has subleased 12,890 square feet of office space from Dain Rauscher, Inc. at 2711 Haskell, Suite 2650 in Dallas, Texas. Nathan Denton of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the subtenant.  Matt Talley of Henry S. Miller Corporate Services represented Dain Rauscher.
