Helmsman Financial Takes Office Space on Quorum

DALLAS, TX - February 10, 2003 --Helmsman Financial Partners has leased 1,571 square feet of office space at 14881 Quorum in Dallas, Texas from Triad Dallas Properties IV, Ltd.   Janice Peters of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the tenant. John Hoctor represented the landlord.
