Hijolly, Inc. Purchases 6.75 acres

AUSTIN, TX - February 13, 2003--Hijolly, Inc. Trustee purchased 6.75 acres know as the Hoppe Tract from Hoppe Properties, Ltd., located at the SWC of FM 3406 and Chisholm Trail in Round Rock.  Grace Young of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the seller and Jeff Simmons of Highland Joint Resources represented the buyer.
