V.N. Enterprise Partnership Purchases 96,623 sf Shopping Center

HOUSTON, TX - February 20, 2003 --V.N. Enterprise Partnership has purchased the 96,623 sf shopping center (Woodbridge Shopping Center) at the southeast corner of Highway 6 South at West Airport from West Airport Retail Partners, Ltd..  This center is located on 12.28 acres of land and has a 98% occupancy rate.  Bruce Jester and Johnnie Roberts of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the buyer and Douglas Bradley of Gibraltar Realty Corp. represented the seller.
