DALLAS, TX - March 3, 2003 --BFC, Inc. has subleased 6,454 square feet from Melbar, Inc.  The location, at 2030 Century Circle, # 5 in Irving will be used by BFC, Inc. to manufacture and distribute cabinets.  Nathan Denton of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented both subleasee and sublessor.
