S. Miller Commercial to Break Ground on Teel Crossing II

--On
Friday, March 7th at 4:30 p.m. in the afternoon, Henry
S. Miller Commercial will break ground on the much
anticipated Teel
Crossing II located at the northwest corner of F.M. 720
(Main Street) and Teel Parkway, located in Frisco, Texas.
Frisco
Mayor, Mike Simpson and City Manager George Purefoy along with
Vaughn Miller, President of Retail Division of Henry S. Miller
Commercial and Vance C. Miller, Chairman and CEO as well as
other Miller representatives will be in attendance for the
much anticipated ground breaking of Teel Crossing II tomorrow
afternoon. Teel
Crossing II is a new retail development in one of the fastest
growing cities in

It is at the northwest corner of F.M. 720 (Main Street) and
Teel
Parkway
and will be anchored by a Walgreens, 1st National
Bank and Gateway Bank. Teel
Crossing I is expected to begin construction within the next
24 months and will include a Tom Thumb Superstore as its
anchor tenant.

Parkway
is the heart of

Frisco
where the majority of the Frisco’s growth has and is
occurring. There are an estimated 34,000 new homes being built
within 3 miles of the intersection over the next 24 to 36
months, which will equal over 94,000 people.
