Classic Tailoring Leases at Trinity Oaks Shopping Center

DALLAS, TX - March 19, 2003--Cindy Tong, dba Classic Tailoring of Arlington, Texas has leased 1000 square feet to be used as a tailor shop at Trinity Oaks Shopping Center, owned by Trinity Oaks Shopping Center, Ltd.  The location of the center is the northwest corner of Collins and Green Oaks in Arlington .  Dan Shoevlin and Mark Hajdu represented both the landlord and tenant.
