Trinity Oaks Shopping Center Signs Lease with First Cash Financial Services

DALLAS, TX - March 19, 2003 --First Cash Financial Services of Arlington, Texas has signed a 1,402 square foot lease with Trinity Oaks Shopping Center, LTD of Arlinton, Texas.  The location will serve as a Pay Day Loans at the Trinity Oaks Shopping Center at the Northwest Corner of Green Oaks Blvd. and Collins.  Dan Shoevlin and Mark Hajdu of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented both the landlord and the tenant.
