The World's Second Largest Video Store Chain Leases 6,300 sf in Denton Crossing Shopping Center

DALLAS, TX - March 30, 2003--Hollywood Entertainment Corporation of Wilsonville, Oregon has leased 6,300 square feet of space for a Hollywood Video store which is the world’s second largest video store chain.  The store will be located in the Denton Crossing Shopping Center owned by Denton Crossing Partners, LLP of Dallas, Texas.  The shopping center is located at the northwest corner of 288 and Spencer Road in Denton , Texas .  Dan Shoevlin of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the tenant and David Fogel of Princeton Partners represented the landlord.
