ARLINGTON, TX - April 6, 2003--Allen Samuels Dodge Hyundai has leased 13,000 square feet from Riverbend Properties.  The property is located at 7725 Sand Street , Building 10, Fort Worth , Texas .  The location will be used as an automotive components storage space.   David Martin and Chris Delzell of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the tenant and Jeff Givens of NAI Stoneleigh represented the landlord.
