McKeever Companies Buys 40 Acres of Land for Subdivision

DALLAS, TX - April 14, 2003--Steve McKeever of McKeever Companies has bought 40 Acres of land from James L. Brittain.  The acreage is located in Fort Worth at the southeast corner of Crowley and Clark Rd.   McKeever plans to develop homes in the $100,000 - $150,000 price range.  There are 250 lots that will be available.  Phase I is slated to begin Fall 2004 after the water line has been installed by the city of Fort Worth .  Home builders have not been selected as of yet.  Doug Gearing of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the seller.
