Park Cities Spirit, Inc. Leases 8,715 sf

DALLAS, TX - April 17, 2003--Park Cities Spirit, Inc. leased 8,715 SF of space from Lakeside Shopping Center Partners, Ltd.  The space is located at 9669 North Central Expressway and will be used as a youth and adult fitness center offering programs including cheerleading, dancing and other related activities.  Gregory L. Miller and Dan Shoevlin of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the tenant and landlord.
