Henry S Miller Commercial Announces a $10 Million Real Estate Co-Investment with Greenstreet / Niosi Capital Partners

DALLAS, TX - April 29, 2003--Henry S Miller Commercial announces the acquisition of Sublett Corners Shopping Center, located in Arlington, Texas, in a co-investment joint venture arranged by the Greenstreet/Niosi Capital Partners.  This 81,900 square foot neighborhood retail center, anchored by Albertson’s, is located in a strong growth area of Arlington and has high visibility due to its location at the intersection of two major thoroughfares, Sublett Road and South Cooper Road .  The center is 95% occupied with the majority of the space leased to national tenants.  The acquisition also provides the opportunity to expand the center’s market presence through the development of a pad site.   The Henry S.
