14,875 sf Shopping Cewnter - WalMart Outparcel Purchased by Investor

DALLAS, TX - April 30, 2003--A 14,875 square foot shopping center in Grand Prairie , Texas was purchased by a 1031 exchange buyer for investment purposes.  The center is a WalMart outparcel located at the southeast corner of I20 and Great Southwest Parkway .   Vaughn Miller of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the seller.  Rhys Christensen of Realtec/NAI represented the buyer.
