Andre D. Lennis Leases 1,803 sf for Seafood Restaurant Concept

DALLAS, TX - May 22, 2003--Andre D. Lennis leased 1,803 square feet of space from Towne North Shopping Center Partners, Ltd. for a seafood restaurant at Towne North Shopping Center.  The location is at the southwest corner of Beltline and Northgate in Irving , Texas .  Dan Shoevlin and Blair Black of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the tenant and the landlord.
