Premium Impressions, Inc. Leases 11,001 sf of Space from Met Life

DALLAS, TX - May 22, 2003--Premium Impressions, Inc. leased 11,001 square feet of space from Met Life.  The location is 901 Avenue T in Grand Prairie and will be used as storage office space.  Pete Richardson and Chris Delzell from Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the tenant.  Mike Peinado of Lincoln Properties Company represented landlord.
