DALLAS, TX - June 10, 2003--Rosemeade Equity Partners sold Caladium Canal Shopping Center to MTD Investments, LLC.  The total square footage for the property is 32,858 square feet and is located at the southwest corner of Rosemeade Parkway and Midway Road in Dallas .  Robert Lamm of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the seller.
