DALLAS, TX - June 22, 2003--Electronic Boutiques of America, Inc. leased 1,594 SF of space from Grand Prairie Plaza Associates, LLP.  The space is located at Grand Prairie Plaza at the southeast corner of I-20 and Great Southwest Parkway in Grand Prairie , Texas .  Future plans are for an electronic games store.  EB Games is a national chain.  Robert Kimble of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the landlord and tenant.
