Fred B. Parker Purchases 8.135 Acres for Pad Sites

DALLAS, TX - June 22, 2003--Fred B. Parker purchased 8.135 acres of land from State Street Bank & Trust Company, which is the trustee for EDS retirement plan.  The land will be used for Pad sites and is located at 801 through 901 US Highway , 80 East in Mesquite , Texas .  Doug Gearing of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the seller and the buyer.
