MCS Industrial Direct Leases 12,665 sf From Robbins Property Co.

DALLAS, TX - June 22, 2003--MCS Industrial Direct leased 12,665 square feet of space from Robbins Property Company.  The space will be used for distribution of industrial supplies and is located at 9225 King James Road in Dallas , Texas .  Nathan Denton of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the tenant.  Jerry Smith of Dollar-Flowers represented the landlord.
