Investor David Claassen Purchases Two Dallas Shopping Centers

DALLAS, TX - July 14, 2003--Local Investor David Claassen has purchased two Dallas Shopping Centers, one at Lemmon Avenue and Knight Street, 21,000 square feet, from the Kay Moran Family Trust, and another at Greenville Avenue and Lovers Lane, 15,200 square feet  formerly occupied by Wherehouse Music and Sound Warehouse, from Sound Warehouse of Dallas, Inc.  The centers will be re-leased and held for investment.  Greg Woodring, Vice President of Henry S. Miller Commercial handled the transactions for both the buyer and seller.
