Custom Millwork Expanding and Leases 16,500 sf

DALLAS, TX - July 20, 2003--Custom Millwork has leased 16,500 square feet of space from VNC Enterprises.  This will TRIPLE the space from their previous location.  The space is located at 13777 Bec Street in Farmers Branch , Texas and will be used as a location to manufacture and distribute millwork.  Nathan Denton of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the tenant.  Larry Leon and Neal Washburn of CB Richard Ellis represented the landlord.
