Kimberly's Fine Art & Framing Leases 2,840 sf at Pepper Square Shopping Center

DALLAS, TX - July 20, 2003--Kimberly’s Fine Art & Framing has leased 2,840 square feet of space at Pepper Square Shopping Center from Prestonwood Market Square, Ltd.  Henry S. Miller IV and Dan Shoevlin of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the landlord.  Blair Black of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the tenant.
