Russell Newman Subleases 50,000 sf from Trim Systems

DALLAS, TX - July 20, 2003--Russell Newman has subleased 50,000 square feet from Trim Systems.  The location is at 4545 Airport Road in Denton and will be used for storage of fabric.  Dan Spika of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the sublessor.  Jerry Coslet represented the sublessee.
