V.N. Enteprise Partnership Purchases Woodbridge Shopping Center

HOUSTON, TX - July 30, 2003--V.N. Enterprise Partnership has recently purchased Woodbridge Shopping Center, a 96,623 square foot shopping center on 12.28 acres, located at the southeast corner of Highway 6 south and West Airport in Houston, Texas. M. Bruce Jester and Johnnie D. Roberts of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the Buyer, V.N. Enterprise Partnership; Douglas Bradley of Gibraltar Realty Corp. represented the Seller, West Airport Retail Partners, Ltd.
