V.N. Enteprise Partnership Purchases Acreage Adjoining the 

Woodbridge Shopping Center

HOUSTON, TX - July 30, 2003--V.N. Investments Co. has recently purchased 9.562 acres of commercial land adjoining the Woodbridge Shopping Center, located at the northeast corner of Highway 6 South and Voss Road, in Houston, Texas. M. Bruce Jester and Johnnie D. Roberts of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the Buyer, V.N. Investments Co.; Douglas Bradley of Gibraltar Realty Corp. represented the Seller, Woodbridge Commercial Partners, Ltd.
