Video Equipment Rentals, Inc. Purchases 30,000 sf

DALLAS, TX - August 10, 2003--Video Equipment Rentals, Inc. announces the purchase of 30,000 square feet from Thomas Hesslein.  The location is at 1414 W. Walnut Hill.  Video Equipment Rentals, Inc. plans to use the space to distribute video equipment.  VER, Inc. is based out of California and has multiple locations.  Dallas is one of their best producing locations.  VER will occupy by September 1^st , 2003 .  Nathan Denton of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the purchaser. Tom Pearson and Lizzy Pappachen of Cushman & Wakefield represented the seller.
