of
Mark Hajdu to Executive Vice President, Retail Division
DALLAS,

14, 2003--Henry
S. Miller Commercial announces the promotion of Mark Hajdu to
Executive Vice President, Retail Division.
Hajdu has extensive experience in project leasing,
retail and land development, and tenant representation.
He was in the top five retail brokers at Miller
Commercial during 1994, the number one retail broker in 1995
and number five in the entire company.
In 1996, 1997 and 1998 Hajdu was the number one retail
broker. Mr. Hajdu
was tenth in the entire company in 1997 and number two retail
broker in 1999. Mr.
Hajdu was number six in the entire company and the number one
in the retail division in 2001.
In 2002 he was number six in the entire company and
again number one in the Retail Division.
Mark
Hajdu has a personal transaction volume exceeding $185 million
and has personally brokered over 53 new Subway locations and
34 restaurant/retail pad sites.
In 1985, Hajdu joined C.B. Commercial and developed its
retail information system and worked on its retail tenant
directory. After
an intensive two year training program Mark Hajdu became a
retail specialist and began third party project leasing for
various Dallas-based developers including The Vantage
Companies, The Tom Ellis Companies, JSP Properties, etc.
After successfully leasing these projects and
developing a client base of national retailers he was involved
in numerous investment transactions and leasing transactions
including the sale of Plano/Shiloh Shopping Center, numerous
net-leased Goodyear
stores, The NTB Store at Southwestern and
Greenville
,
AutoNation at
Forest
and Central, multiple United Artists, 3 new Lowes Home
Improvement stores, 2 Home Depot stores and numerous other pad
sites, etc. Tenant
representation transactions include Boston Chicken, Subway,
Household Finance, Checkers, Hi Lo Auto Supply, Blockbuster
Video, Jack-In-The-Box, Home Depot, and Lowes.
Currently, Mr. Hajdu’s primary focus is the sale and
consultation of restaurant, retail and multi-family land.
His recent transactions at Henry S. Miller Commercial
include the sale of Travis Walk, sale of land properties for
multi-family, hotel and retail at Midway & Spring Valley
and the sale of several large land parcels in
Southwest
Dallas
County
.
Most recently he sold the old Mobil Headquarters at
7200 Stemmons, a large multi-family tract at I-20 and
Wheatland and a 100-acre mixed use tract in Cedar Hill.
