Henry S. Miller Commercial Leases Over 68,000 sf

at Pleasant Run Towne Crossing

DALLAS, TX - August 19, 2003 --A new shopping center in Cedar Hill, Texas is booming in leasing activity by Henry S. Miller Commercial.  Pleasant Run Towne Crossing, located at the southwest corner of Pleasant Run and HWY 67 in Cedar Hill will welcome Circuit City at 32, 827 square feet, Michael’s at 21,263 square feet, Joe’s Crab Shack at 7,000 square feet and Saltgrass Steakhouse will take over 7,800 for its lease.  The center is currently under construction and due to open in the fourth quarter of this year.  Super Target is the anchor tenant.  Mark Hajdu and Ryan Hamilton of Henry S.
