DALLAS, TX - August 25, 2003--Dallas Cowboys Merchandising leased 18,240 square feet from landlord, TA Western.  The space is located at 8726 W. Royal Lane in Irving , Texas .  It will be used for distribution and storage of athletic apparel.  Dan Spika of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the tenant.  Jim Brice of The Holt Companies represented the landlord.
