Hollywood Entertainment Leases 6,000 sf

DALLAS, TX - August 25, 2003--Hollywood Entertainment Corporation, dba Hollywood Video has leased 6,000 square feet from Buckner Shopping Center , LP.  The space is located at the Buckner Shopping Center at Buckner Blvd. and Interstate 30 in Dallas .  Dan Shoevlin of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the tenant.  David Levinson of The Weitzman Group represented the landlord.
