Menniger Care Systems Leases 8,404 sf

DALLAS, TX - August 27, 2003--Menniger Care Systems has leased 8,404 square feet from Surveyor & Beltline, Inc.  The location will be used for the regional office of this health care provider and is located at The Forum, 4002 Beltline Road in Addison , Texas .  Jerry Averyt of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the tenant.  Mark Pitzer of Windsor Management Company represented the landlord.
