Capital Tu Investments Purchases 18,000 sf Building

DALLAS, TX - September 8, 2003 --Capital Tu Investments purchased an 18,000 square foot building from Grace Dobson for a washateria.  The location is at the southeast corner of S. Cooper in Arlington , Texas .  Paul Harmon of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the seller.  Don Frey represented the buyer.
