Tapica Express Leases 1,400 sf On The "Drag" at UT

AUSTIN, TX - September 22, 2003 --Tapica Express has leased 1,400 square feet of space from Jonas Silberstein and Denancy Trust.  The space is located on the “drag” at UT, 1906 Guadalupe Street in Austin , Texas .  The space will be used as a “Bubble Tea Room”.  Grace Young of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the tenant.  McAllister & Associates represented the landlords.
