DALLAS, TX - September 24, 2003 --Asian – American Casual Dining (Mama Fu’s Noodle House) has leased 2,700 square feet of space at Pepper Square Shopping Center .  The landlord is Prestonwood Market Square, Ltd.  Dan Shoevlin, Paul Harmon and Henry S. Miller, IV of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the tenant and landlord.
